Fendt has won the “Tractor of the Year” award for the sixth time. This time, the international jury honoured the Fendt 211 Vio for work in orchards and vineyards – it won in the category “Best Specialty Tractor”.
The International Tractor of the Year Award is one of the most prestigious in the agricultural machinery industry and is awarded for innovative solutions and technologies and high performance. 26 independent journalists representing 26 European agricultural magazines took part in the voting.
In presenting the award to the Fendt 211 V Vario compact tractor, the jury noted the efficiency of the Vario transmission, the fully integrated control terminal equipped with automatic driving and telemetry systems, and the high reliability of the design.
The Fendt farm tractors series is just as important to us as the larger, more powerful tractors. They combine intelligent control technology with compact design and a high level of comfort. On the steep slopes of vineyards, the Fendt tractor knows no equal and now rightfully bears the title “Best Specialty Tractor”.
